There are some pretty decorative roses at the bust of the dress to bring out its elegance. Some beautiful ruches on the skirt of dress. I would look even more fabulous with a petticoat. Imperfections: The rose used to have glittery, silver rims around them but they are fading likely due to age, however with the silver gone its still look quite refined! The tag is a bit dirty, however it won't affect the dress. Overall, in great condition. It's originally for 15 year olds but it can fit between size 8s. Bust = 29 inches. Waist = 25 inches
