Outstanding material properties Silgranit PuraDur is a high-quality composite material with a particularly fine-pored, closed surface and tactile pleasant stone character. It is made of about 80% natural quartz, the hardest component of granite, and impresses with outstanding ease of care and durability. Silgranit PuraDur is not only acid-resistant and food-safe, but also break and scratch resistant - meaning that you could even prepare and chop the vegetables directly on the sink. And if you need to put a hot pan on the kitchen sink - no problem, because Silgranit is heat-resistant up to 280 °C. Silgranit PuraDur is completely dyed and 100% non-fading. This means that the sink retains its colour permanently even under the influence of sunlight. Easy to maintain. On the smooth surface of this kitchen sink, impurities can hardly stick because water or other liquids almost completely bead off; dirt and limescale deposits are significantly reduced.
